PEPPER PIKE, Ohio - Cedarville belted four home runs on the day with three coming in the second game to come away with a G-MAC split at Ursuline.
Kylie Hertzler,
Faith Bergner, and
Mariah Wallace went deep to power the Lady Jackets to a 14-1 romp in game two.
CU, 13-9 overall and 2-2 G-MAC, stroked 14 hits in the contest that was called after five innings due to the eight-run mercy rule.
McKenna Smith went 3-for-3 with three runs scored while Bergner matched her with a 3-for-3 effort and three RBI.
Lauryn Leslie tallied two hits including a double, drove in two runs, and scored three times.

In the opener, the winless Arrows shocked Cedarville with four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to pull off a 4-3 upset.
Brooke Miller hit a two-run homer,
Casey Bertke had two hits including a double, and
Kaley Clark doubled in a run.
Stinger Notes:
- The 14 hits and three homers in the nightcap were both single-game highs this spring.
- The Jackets have hit 14 long balls this season compared to one for the opposition.
- Hertzler's home run was the first of her career.
- Bertke had only surrendered four earned runs in 62 innings before Ursuline's first-game rally.
- Miller returned to the lineup after sitting out the last six games with an injury.
- Wolffe picked up her first career pitching victory.
- Cedarville is 30-4 in the all-time series vs. Ursuline.
