NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Trevecca rallied for a pair of one-run G-MAC victories over Cedarville at the TNU Softball Complex.
The Trojans came from behind in both games to win 6-5 and 4-3.
The Lady Jackets erased a three-run deficit in the opener and took a 5-3 lead
Mariah Wallace capped off a four-run fourth inning with a three-run homer to centerfield. She finished 3-for-4 with four RBI while
Lexi Parsons added two hits including an RBI double.
Cedarville let a 3-0 advantage get away in the nightcap. Parsons belted a two-run home run and
Casey Bertke had two hits
The Jackets fall to 17-15 overall and 6-8 G-MAC.
Stinger Notes:
- The 13 hits in the first game equaled the second-highest single-game total this season
- The Jackets had 13 hits total in the previous four games combined.
- Bertke, Parsons, Wallace, and Faith Bergner recorded hits in both contests.
- The team is 6-5 in one-run games this spring.
- Cedarville's string of having split ten consecutive doubleheaders was snapped.
- Trevecca holds a 25-6 lead in the all-time series.
