CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Trevecca turned around a 2-1 deficit into a five-set G-MAC win over Cedarville at the Callan Athletic Center.
The Trojans prevailed 14-25, 25-18, 21-25, 25-22, 15-7.
Abby Kuyper paced the attack with a season-high 15 kills for the Jackets, 2-4 overall and 1-1 G-MAC.
Liene Miller came through with 14 kills, 11 digs, and four blocks.
Hannah Willow posted seven blocks,
Emily Ward came up with 18 digs, and
Haley Goff was good for 45 assists.
Stinger Notes:
- Talia Felton registered a match-high four service aces.
- Riley Hensley and Lauren Willow contributed three blocks apiece.
- There were 24 tie scores and eight lead changes.
- The score was deadlocked ten times in the fourth set alone.
- Cedarville leads the all-time series, 16-5.
- The two teams meet again in Nashville on Oct. 29.
- The Jackets go on a ten-match road swing before their next home contest on Oct. 22 vs. Lake Erie.
