CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Freshman
Taylor Strock converted the game-winning free throw and the Lady Jackets dodged Tiffin's potential winner at the buzzer for a 69-68 G-MAC victory.
Paige Garr fired in 23 points and helped spark a fourth quarter surge for Cedarville, 11-5 overall and 6-4 G-MAC.
Allison Mader totaled 15 points, Strock came off the bench with 13 points and eight rebounds, and
Emily Chapman added 11 points.
The Jackets turned around a 53-48 deficit entering the final period into a 68-61 advantage with 1:45 remaining. However, the defending G-MAC Tournament champions weren't finished.
The Dragons scored seven unanswered points in exactly one minute to tie it, 68-68.
Strock hit one-of-two free throws with 16.8 seconds to go and Tiffin missed what would have been a game-winning three-pointer as time expired.

- Lydia Sweeney paced the team with four assists.
- After not attempting a free throw in the first half, CU was 16-for-19 at the stripe in the second.
- Tiffin led the contest for more than 27 minutes compared to 10 for the hosts.
- Fifty-four (54) of the Dragons' points were scored in the paint.
- Strock is averaging 9.0 rebounds in her last three outings.
- Mader supplied 14.8 points per game during the four-game homestand.
- In the last two games, Garr is 7-for-13 from deep.
- CU swept both regular season games vs. Tiffin and leads the all-time series, 34-19.
