ASHLAND, Ohio - WBCA Division II No. 5 Ashland held the lead the entire contest and defeated Cedarville, 69-47, in a G-MAC game played at Kates Gymnasium.
The Lady Jackets scored the first seven points of the third quarter to cut a 14-point halftime deficit in half to 34-27.
The host Eagles responded with a 21-5 spurt to help secure the outcome as they rolled to their 12th straight win.

Allison Mader, and
Lydia Sweeney scored eight points each for Cedarville, 11-6 overall and 6-5 G-MAC.
Paige Garr led the squad with seven rebounds.
Stinger Notes:
- Taylor Stacy and Taylor Strock netted six points apiece.
- Sweeney came away with all three of the team's steals.
- The Jackets committed one fewer turnover (14-15).
- Ashland swept both regular season games and leads the all-time series 19-11.
