Cedarville shuts down ODU for 12th straight victory

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Mary Kate Wyer's early goal held up as the United Soccer Coaches Division II No. 18 Lady Jackets ended the regular season with a 1-0 win at Ohio Dominican.

Cedarville, 15-2-1 overall and 13-1 G-MAC, has won 12 in a row entering the G-MAC Tournament as the No. 1 seed and regular season champion.

Wyer hit the back of the net in the sixth minute for her seventh tally of the campaign.

The visitors dominated the shot totals - 17-3 overall and 8-1 on goal.

Goalkeeper Brooke Ackley earned her third consecutive shutout making one save.
