ASHLAND, Ohio - South Division leader Ashland remained unbeaten in the G-MAC with a three-set decision over the Lady Jackets at Kates Gymnasium.
The Eagles improved to 21-6 overall and 14-0 G-MAC with a 25-19, 25-18, 25-21 result.
Hannah Willow's nine kills led the attack for Cedarville, 11-13 overall and 9-5 G-MAC.
Cam Davenport added seven kills with six apiece coming from
Riley Hensley and
Cassi Shields.
Kaley Matney contributed team-highs of 31 assists and 12 digs.
Stinger Notes:
- Despite the sweep there were 28 ties and 15 lead changes.
- The Eagles scored the last seven points to win the third set.
- Cedarville committed just two reception errors and posted a .970 pass percentage.
- Thirteen different players saw action for the Lady Jackets.
- Ashland won both regular season matches and leads the all-time series, 11-2.
