ASHLAND, Ohio -
Mauricio Ochoa Vazquez scored twice in the first half and Cedarville posted a 2-1 G-MAC result at league-leading Ashland.
The Yellow Jackets, 6-5-1 overall and 4-4 G-MAC, avenged a 1-0 home reversal to the Eagles two weeks ago.
Vazquez put the visitors on the board first in the 14th minute with
Andy Volk assisting.
He made it a 2-0 lead after converting a penalty kick in the 25th.
It remained a two-goal margin until the Eagles spoiled the shutout in the final minute.

Jared Zacharias stopped two shots in the first half while
Matthias Dewhurst played the second period making four saves.
Stinger Notes:
- It was Vazquez' first brace as he upped his career goals total to 19.
- Ashland registered more shots overall, 15-11, and on goal, 8-4.
- Corner kicks were 7-2 in favor of CU.
- It was just the second game this fall in which both teams scored (Northwood).
- The Yellow Jackets lead the all-time series, 6-3-1.
