CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Indiana East swept the doubles and then split the singles to clip the Lady Jackets, 4-3, at the Johnson-Murdoch Tennis Complex.
Cedarville dominated the bottom three spots in singles to make it close.
Freshman
Calista Bobula rolled to a 6-1, 6-0 decision at the No. 4 position.
No. 5
Lauryn Leslie (6-0, 6-2) as well as No. 6
Joelle Petek (6-0, 6-0) both cruised to victory.
The Jackets, 1-1, have one more home match vs. Wittenberg on Sept. 15 before finishing the fall slate with a pair of road trips.
