HIGHLIGHTS
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville overcame a sluggish start for a 90-79 G-MAC win over Malone at the Callan Athletic Center.
Jayvon Maughmer was good for 19 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds for the Yellow Jackets, 14-6 overall and 7-5 G-MAC.

Kyle Thomas tallied all 15 of his points in the first half, and
Brayden Sipple add 12.
The Pioneers rushed out to a 14-2 lead before the CU bench, which outscored the visitors 26-5 for the game, fueled the comeback.
A nine-point run got the Jackets back in it, they led 42-37 by halftime, and then used a 13-2 spurt to build their largest lead - 85-71 with 2:25 remaining.

- All nine CU players to see action scored and grabbed at least one rebound.
- Maughmer and Whisman netted 13 points apiece in the second half.
- Thomas has buried 11 three-pointers in the last two home games.
- Maughmer's nine assists matched his career-high (Saint Leo).
- The Jackets committed just eight turnovers and had a 22-4 margin in points scored from TO's.
- The Pioneers had won the last three games played in Cedarville.
- It was the 108th meeting in men's basketball between the two schools.
- Malone holds a 60-48 advantage in the series which began in 1958-59.
- The rematch is February 11 in Canton, Ohio.
