OWENSBORO, Ky. - The Lady Jackets needed five sets to put away host Kentucky Wesleyan in a G-MAC road test.
Cedarville improved to 9-7 overall and 4-4 G-MAC with a 16-25, 25-23, 25-18, 22-25, 15-11 result.
After dropping the first set, the Jackets erased a 16-10 deficit to win the second and then controlled the third.
The visitors jumped to a 5-0 margin in the deciding fifth set and never relinquished the lead.
Madelyn Hensley pounded 20 kills,
Cam Davenport buried 18 more, and
Kaley Matney had 44 assists.
Greta Blakemore came up with 16 digs and
Talia Felton chipped in 14.
