CEDARVILLE, Ohio - The Lady Jackets played their fourth consecutive five-set match and this time they rallied for a key G-MAC result against Trevecca at the Callan Athletic Center.
Cedarville pulled out the win 23-25, 26-24, 21-25, 25-20, 15-13.
The outcome ended a four-match skid - the last three all five-set reversals.
Cam Davenport led four players in double figures with 19 kills for the Jackets, 12-15 overall and 7-9 G-MAC.
Madelyn Hensley pounded 18 kills with four blocks,
Janae Heegaard totaled 11 kills and five blocks, and
Cassi Shields added 10 kills, four service aces, and a team-high eight rejections.
Kaley Matney paced the squad with 55 assists and 16 digs.
The G-MAC South Division rivals split two matches this fall with TNU sweeping Cedarville in Nashville on Oct. 7.
