SMYRNA, Tenn. - The Lady Jackets trimmed Missouri S&T and then were shutout for the third time against Wisconsin Parkside to close out the Music City Invitational.
Cedarville won the first game at Cedar Stone Park by a 5-4 count over Missouri S&T.
Casey Bertke went the distance in the circle allowing three earned runs with four strikeouts and no walks.
At the plate, she ripped two hits including a double with two RBI.

Dana Bertke went 3-for-3 from the leadoff spot with a double, two steals, a run scored, plus an RBI.
Kaley Clark doubled in a run and
Adaline Ziehmer singled home another.
In the second game vs. UW Parkside, the Jackets were shutout for the third time in four games.Â
Cedarville managed just five hits - all singles - with two coming off the bat of
Faith Bergner.
