FINDLAY, Ohio - Findlay charged back in the second half to claim a 76-65 G-MAC decision over the Lady Jackets at Niekamp Arena.
Lydia Sweeney scored 23 points and
Kat Weakley added 13 for Cedarville, 5-9 overall and 3-4 G-MAC.
After leading by as much as 13 points late in the second quarter, the visitors settled for a 41-29 advantage by halftime.
However, the Oilers trimmed the deficit to 57-53 through three periods and outscored CU 23-8 in the decisive fourth quarter.
KaCee Kyle netted nine points while
Leah Butterbaugh and
Makenna Fee chipped in eight apiece.
STINGER NOTES:
- Butterbaugh hauled in a team-high seven rebounds.
- Sweeney dished out seven assists for the second straight contest.
- UF outscored the Jackets 27-7 at the free throw line.
- Kyle has 24 assists in the past six games.
