EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Quincy and Missouri S&T both rallied to stun Cedarville on the final day of the Blue Bridge Battle at Deaconess Sports Park.
In the opener, the Lady Jackets jumped on Quincy with six runs in the first inning, but the Hawks mounted a comeback for a 7-6 win.
QU scored once in the fourth inning and tallied six times in the sixth to steal the momentum.
Kaley Clark recorded two hits including a two-run triple and
Casey Bertke added two RBIs.
Missouri S&T scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning for a 3-2 result in the second game.
Six different players had singles for Cedarville, 2-9 overall, with the RBIs coming from Bertke and Clark.
