MEET INFORMATION
CEDARVILLE, Ohio – The Yellow Jackets will compete in the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional on Saturday in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
The women's 6K race begins at 11:00 a.m. EST at the Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course with the men's 10K at 12:15 p.m.
Coverage of both races will be via live results only.
The Midwest Region is annually one of the most talented in the country in DII cross country.
Only the top three in each race earns automatic berths to the national meet which returns to Kenosha on Nov. 22.
USTFCCCA Division II No. 2 Grand Valley State will be the favorite to repeat as women's champion. Cedarville is ranked No. 5 and could be challenged by No. 11 Lewis, No. 12 Northern Michigan, and No. 22 Walsh.
On the men's side, No. 4 Grand Valley State is the expected frontrunner. Other Top 30 teams include No. 9 Saginaw Valley State, No. 18 Lewis, No. 21 Walsh, No. 26 Ashland, No. 28 Tiffin, and No. 30 Michigan Tech.
