"I was very excited for our second place finish and I think that has really helped in our confidence in thinking about nationals in two weeks! We know it will be a hard fight to reach our goals at nationals but this race was a great display of all of our hard work all season and nationals is what we have been fighting for all season.
"This is arguably the best team we have ever had and we want to capitalize on that. It will take us having some incredible races but our teammates and Coach Bo have confidence in us. If we can go into nationals with confidence and a desire to fight as a team I think that we will position ourselves the best that we can and at the end of the day, we know the Lord will give us strength for exactly what we need."
