2025 ALL-MIDWEST REGION TEAM
 
CEDARVILLE, Ohio – Cedarville University is well-represented on the 2025 United Soccer Coaches Division II All-Midwest Region Team with four players selected.
 
The quartet of Sophie Browndyke, Maddie McConnell, Savannah McConnell, and Maddy McCort helped the Lady Jackets to a 12-3-7 record and a second round appearance in the NCAA Division II Championship.
 
Browndyke, a senior from West Harrison, Indiana, is one of four defenders on the 12-member first team. She started all 22 games with three goals and three assists.
 
Maddie McConnell, a senior midfielder from Lee's Summit, Mo., landed on the second team. She started all 15 games in which she played with one goal and one assist.
 
Her younger sister, Savannah McConnell, a freshman defender from Lee's Summit, Mo., is on the third team. She started all 22 games on a back line that posted 12 shutouts with a 0.58 goals against average.
 
Also on the third team is McCort, who is a sophomore midfielder from Powell, Ohio. She appeared in all 22 games with 17 starts, one goal, and one assist.
