ORLANDO, Fla. – Cedarville dropped a 5-2 decision to Allegheny in their latest matchup at USTA National Campus.

The Gators dominated in doubles play, sweeping all three contests to take an early 1-0 lead.

The Jackets fought back in singles action with No. 3 Roberto Esquivel securing a 5-7, 6-4, 7-6 victory.

No. 6 Pedro Nogueira followed suit with a strong 6-2, 6-4 win.

Cedarville, 7-8, will conclude the Florida series on Friday against Ave Maria.
