Cedarville rallies, walks off 8-7 win in Sunshine State

VIERA, Fla. - Emilie Fout's RBI groundout scored Caitlin Colley to give the Lady Jackets an 8-7 come-from-behind victory over Southern New Hampshire.

Cedarville stunned the Penmen with five runs in the sixth inning and two more in the seventh to halt a five-game skid in the Space Coast Spring Games.

The first five batters in the lineup all had two hits each - Mackenzie Lashuay, Dana Croyts, Colley, Ella Leonard, and Fout.

Fout and Leonard drove in two runs apiece and Brynley Rung added a two-run single.

Kara Adkins got her first collegiate win in the circle going 5.1 innings with two strikeouts.

In the opener, Holy Family shocked the Jackets with four runs in the top of the seventh for a 6-5 result.

Fout and Camryn Taktak registered two hits each with Croyts scoring twice.
