Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Lauren Gill returns to the Lady Jackets for her second season of collegiate volleyball..... appeared in 37 of the 38 matches last fall.....registered a second-best 22 service aces..... third-best on the squad with 264 kills and a .228 attack percentage.....posted a .943 serving percentage.....hit for double figures in kills in nine matches.....season-best 20 kills came in a non-conference match versus Urbana.....tallied a season-high .462 attack percentage at the University of Saint Francis.....recorded six blocks in an American Mideast Conference win at Roberts Wesleyan.....tallied four service aces in a win at Grace during the NCCAA Midwest Regional.
 
High School - Produced a successful five-year volleyball career at Russell High School......team advanced to the KHSAA state tournament Elite Eight in 2005 and 2008..... led Red Devils to a 33-5 record during senior campaign.....squad earned five consecutive regional and district championships.....four-time winners of EKC tournament.....earned all-region and all-area recognition from 2005-08.....three-time all-district honors.....all-state honorable mention as a senior.....two-time region MVP and three-time district MVP.....2007 and 2008 Region Player of the Year. 

Personal - Psychology major at Cedarville University.....born 7/23/91 in Portsmouth, OH.....daughter of David and Debbi Gill.....has an older sister.....older brother, Scott, is a junior at Taylor University, a member of the basketball and track & field teams and the 2009 NAIA long jump national champion.
