Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Emilie Lynch returns for her third season with the Lady Jacket volleyball team.....provides depth at both the setter and outside hitter positions.....appeared in 29 matches and 79 sets last fall.....tallied 117 assists.....posted double figures in assists in five matches..... notched a career-high 26 assists in a non-conference win versus Bethel IN.....posted a 1.000 serving percentage (23 attempts) against Urbana.....recorded 19 serve receive attempts without an error at AMC opponent Shawnee State.....added 18 kills, 69 digs and seven blocks in 2009. 

2008 - Appeared in 17 matches.....registered 46 assists in 122 attempts as a back-up setter..... recorded two service aces and seven blocks in limited action.....tallied a season-high 18 assists in an early-season win versus Spring Arbor....posted 11 assists in an AMC three-set sweep against visiting Carlow.....also put down four kills in the matches against Spring Arbor and against Central State. 

High School - Produced a three-sport career at Mount Vernon High School.....was a teammate of current CU senior Kylee Husak.....member of a volleyball state runner-up squad......named to the 2007 and 2008 All-Conference First Team in soccer.....two-time soccer all-state honorable mention.....also a two-year letter winner in basketball. 

Personal - Early childhood education major at Cedarville University....born 4/4/90 in St. Paul, MN....daughter of John and Bobbie Lynch...has one younger brother.
