Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Peter Martin is in his fourth year at Cedarville University.....sat out 2012 as a red shirt for the Yellow Jackets.....posted a perfect 3-0 record as a sophomore with a 5.64 ERA.....made 18 appearances all in relief.....gave up just six extra base hits in 30 1/3 innings.....fanned two batters in the 10th inning and got his first collegiate victory during a 6-5 result against Felician in Florida.....credited with the win in back-to-back Yellow Jacket victories over Salem International and Kentucky State.....G-MAC Academic Team.

2013 - Appeared in seven games with one start during his rookie campaign.....scored one run and drove in two others.....named to the G-MAC Academic Team.

High School - Played four seasons of baseball with two letters at Highland High School.....member of 2010 sectional championship team that was also the district runner-up.....played one season of football.....scholar-athlete

Personal - Dean’s List student as a business finance major at Cedarville University.....born 7/11/93 in Cleveland, OH.....son of Jay and Shelle Martin.....has one younger sister.
