Matt Matoh comes to Cedarville University after having spent the past two seasons as a graduate assistant at NCAA Division I Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn.
He will be involved in all facets of the Yellow Jackets’ program especially recruiting, player development, and video.
The Cleveland, Ohio native gained valuable experience at Belmont under longtime head coach Rick Byrd. He was a team manager for the Bruins from 2011 through 2015.
Matoh was a video coordinator and assistant trainer under Drew Hanlen with Pure Sweat Basketball. He was also a coach and director of boys programming with Upward Stars Basketball in Nashville.
Matoh is a 2015 Belmont graduate with a degree in journalism and earned his master’s degree in sport administration from the University in 2017.
