Zach Brown

Zach Brown, a former standout guard for the Yellow Jackets, has been part of Pat Estepp’s staff as an assistant coach since 2013.

The Mason, Ohio native is in his second season as CU’s head men’s golf coach. He was the 2015 G-MAC Men’s Golf Coach of the Year.

Brown produced a notable two-year basketball career at Cedarville after transferring from NCAA Division I Lipscomb. He started all 63 games for the Jackets with 676 points scored and 253 assists.

Brown helped lead the 2012 squad to the NCCAA Division I national championship. He also sparked the 2013 club to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference title.

Brown was voted to the All-NCCAA Midwest Region Team and the G-MAC First Team. He was a two-time NCCAA Scholar-Athlete and was selected to the CoSIDA Academic All-District® Team.

Brown is a 2013 graduate of the University with a degree in early childhood education. He earned a master’s in coaching and athletic administration at Concordia University (Calif.) in 2015.
