Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

Evan Kraatz is in his fourth season with the Yellow Jackets.....appeared in every contest CU has played during his career.....appeared in 29 games with one start as a junior.....ranked fourth on the team with 53 assists.....scored 68 points including a season-high 13 at Kentucky Wesleyan.....dished out a career-high six assists in a 73-61 win at Northwood.....NABC Honors Court.....G-MAC Academic Team.

2015-16 - Appeared in all 29 games off the bench as a sophomore.....totaled 79 points, 36 assists, and 29 rebounds.....exploded for career-highs of 21 points and five assists during a 96-77 win at Salem International.....G-MAC Academic Team.

2014-15 - Appeared in all 29 games with one start while plagued with injuries as a freshman.....totaled 43 points and 45 assists.....scored a season-high 15 points at Mount Vernon Nazarene.....made his collegiate debut with a season-high four assists during a 90-86 win vs. Ohio Dominican.

High School - Produced a record-setting prep career at Inter-City Baptist High School.....Michigan Class D Player of the Year as a senior after averaging 18 points and 10 assists per game.....three-time all-state first team selection.....Michigan’s all-time leader in assists and ranks #2 in steals.....twice named conference MVP.....three-time all-state first team choice in soccer.....part of state championship squad as a sophomore.....tallied 25 goals and 25 assists his final season.....league MVP as a junior and senior.....four-year letter winner in baseball.....all-state second team honoree as a senior.....graduated with academic honors.

Personal - Dean’s List student as a biology major at Cedarville University.....born 7/4/96 in Allen Park, MI.....son of Mark and Susan Kraatz.....father played one season of basketball at Illinois State and three more at Christian Heritage.....older sister, Jillian, played softball at Madonna University.....also has a younger brother, Garrett.
