Marsh 8th in men's decathlon at USATF Championship

EUGENE, Oregon - Former Yellow Jacket standout Mike Marsh placed 8th in the men’s decathlon at the USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
Marsh, a 2002 graduate of the University, totaled 7,534 points to finish 8th of the 13 competitors who scored. He holds the school record in the event with 6,551 points.
Marsh was a 2001 NAIA Outdoor All-American in the decathlon. He was a two-time indoor All-American in the pentathlon.
