Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Jan. 3-9) is Lady Jacket basketball player Alison Lemon. The 5-7 senior guard from South Charleston, Ohio, led the NAIA #11 CU women's basketball team to a pair of AMC home wins last week. On Friday, Jan. 8 Lemon paced a balanced attack with 14 points in a 94-52 victory against Ursuline. On Saturday, Jan. 9 Lemon recorded a game-high 25 points with seven assists, two blocked shots and a steal in a 79-47 verdict over Carlow. Cedarville is 13-3 overall (4-1 AMC).
