Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Mar. 7-13) is women's basketball player Alison Lemon. The 5-7 senior guard from South Charleston, Ohio ended her stellar four-year career with the Lady Jackets at the NAIA II national tournament in Sioux City, Iowa. Lemon registered 22 points, 13 rebounds and five assists in an opening round 75-50 win over Taylor. She hit for 13 points and five assists in a second round loss to Briar Cliff. Lemon finishes as CU's sixth all-time leading scorer with 1,758 points. She completed the week being named the 2009-10 NCCAA Kathy Freese Player of the Year.
