The female SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Oct. 2-8) is volleyball player Amanda Bell. The 5-10 freshman outside hitter from Ankeny, Iowa hammered 11 kills and four blocks in leading the Lady Jackets to a 25-17, 25-14, 25-11 win at Notre Dame College in South Euclid, Ohio on Tuesday, Oct. 14. The outcome was the 1,000th victory in the 49-year history of Cedarville volleyball. Bell added 17 kills and 26 digs in matches against WV Wesleyan and Wheeling Jesuit on Sat., Oct. 8 in Wheeling, West Virginia.
