Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The first male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Aug. 26-Sept. 1) for the 2012-13 season is soccer player Christian Alexander. The freshman forward from Springboro, Ohio helped the Yellow Jackets to two victories to start the 2012 campaign. Alexander assisted Justin Santoro in the 86th minute to give CU a 1-0 win at Southern Indiana on Thursday, Aug. 30 in Evansville, Indiana. In Cedarville's home opener on Saturday, Sept. 1 against the University of Indianapolis, Alexander found the net twice in a 4-1 lightning-delayed final.
