The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (April 13-19) is track & field thrower Ruth Towne. The sophomore from North Berwick, Maine was victorious in the javelin (110-6) at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Outdoor Championship on Saturday, April 19. Towne also placed second in the hammer (119-00) and third in the discus (105-11). The Lady Jackets finished in second-place during the six-team event held at the Yellow Jacket Track & Field Complex.
