Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (March 14-20) is softball player Danielle Wolgamot. The sophomore pitcher/outfielder from Granville, Ohio helped the Lady Jackets post a doubleheader sweep over visiting Alderson Broaddus in Great Midwest Athletic Conference action on Friday, March 18. In the opener, Wolgamot's three-run home run in the bottom of the ninth gave an 8-5 comeback win to CU. She then pitched a complete game in the nightcap as the Lady Jackets recorded a 9-4 verdict as part of the 2016 home opener.
