The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (May 9-15) is track & field middle distance runner Carsyn Koch. The sophomore from Washburn, Maine won two events and was voted Athlete of the Meet at the NCCAA Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championship. Koch won the 800 meters in a meet record time of 2:09.92 which also rates #8 all-time at Cedarville. She then posted a victory in the 1,500 in 4:25.96 - the second-fastest time ever run by a Lady Jacket. Cedarville placed 5th of 29 schools at the event held Friday-Saturday, May 13-14 in Rome, Georgia.
