Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Sept. 5-11) is soccer performer Paulo Pinto. The 6-foot-1 senior keeper from Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil helped CU post a tie and a win in Great Midwest Athletic Conference action last week. Pinto recorded two saves in a 1-1 double-overtime verdict over visiting Trevecca on Thurs., Sept. 8. He notched two more saves in a 1-0 win over Kentucky Wesleyan on Sat., Sept. 10 in a game played at Wright State University.
