The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Sept. 25-Oct. 1) is cross country runner Alaina Spears. The senior from Frazeysburg, Ohio placed tenth out of 343 participants at the 37th Annual Women's All-Ohio Intercollegiate Championship on Friday, Sept. 29. Spears covered the 6,000 meters in 21:52.8 - the third-fastest among NCAA Division II/NAIA competitors - at CU's Elvin R. King Cross Country Course.
