The male SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Oct. 11-17) is golfer Chris Bennington. The sophomore from Massillon, Ohio tied with teammate Matt Krogstad for 14th place at the 2009 NCCAA Championship played on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 12-13 at The Hombre Golf Club in Panama City Beach, Florida. Bennington shot a career-best 54 hole score of 226 and narrowly missed All-America honors by one shot as CU finished seventh of 18 schools.
