The female SUBWAY (Oct. 18-24) is women's cross country runner Lydia Wong. The senior from Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, a two-time NAIA All-American for the Lady Jackets, posted a personal record of 17:53 over the 5,000 meter course at the Aquinas Invitational in Grand Rapids, MI on Saturday, Oct. 24. Wong finished as runner-up to teammate Katie Gillespie as NAIA #8 Cedarville captured the title over 20 other schools.
