CEDARVILLE, Ohio - The NAIA Division II No. 7 Yellow Jackets scored the first 11 points of the game and maintained control during a 78-48 win over Ohio Christian in the first contest of the season in the Callan Athletic Center.

Cedarville, 2-0 overall, bolted to a 37-14 halftime lead while holding the Trailblazers to 4-for-29 shooting. The Yellow Jackets built the advantage to as much as 37 points in the final period before head coach Pat Estepp turned to the reserves to finish up.

Daniel Rose led a balanced CU attack with 12 points, 10 rebounds, and six blocked shots. Chris Beals flipped in 11 points while Ricardo Alliman added 10 points with a career-high 15 rebounds. Adam Clouse came off the bench with 10 points in his Yellow Jacket varsity debut. [STATS]
