CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Aubrey Siemon tallied a game-high 21 points with nine rebounds and NAIA Division II No. 18 Cedarville defeated Urbana for the second time in nine days, 76-64, in a non-conference contest played in the Callan Athletic Center.

The Lady Jackets, winners of three straight and 6-2 overall, were 20-point winners on the Blue Knights' home court on Dec. 4. Cedarville never trailed in the rematch and opened up a 47-35 lead by halftime.

The closest Urbana could get in the second period was 52-45 four minutes into the frame. CU responded with seven straight points and the advantage remained in double digits for the rest of the contest.

Jenna Smith was the only other Lady Jacket to score in twin figures finishing with a career-high 14 points. Even though leading scorer Alison Lemon was held to five points, she totaled game-highs of eight assists and three steals. Cedarville owned the rebounding battle, 55-39.

Kirk Martin reached a personal milestone of 500 victories as a head coach. He has 203 wins in eight seasons at Cedarville University to go with the 297 wins he picked up in 13 years of coaching girls basketball at nearby Southeastern High School. [STATS]
