UPLAND, Ind. - NAIA #19 Taylor maintained control from start to finish in sweeping a non-conference match from visiting Cedarville.

The Trojans claimed the victory 25-16, 25-17, 25-19. TU, who was playing its season opener, held the lead for the entire match with the exception of brief one-point deficits early in all three sets.

Kylee Husak tallied seven kills and four blocks. Sarah Hartman produced seven kills while Emily Shade chipped in six.

Emilie Lynch came up with 16 assists and Heather Kirkpatrick contributed nine digs. The Lady Jackets dip to 2-3 overall heading to the Michigan-Dearborn Challenge. [STATS]
