OXFORD, Ohio - Tara Leaman met the NAIA automatic qualifying mark in the discus to highlight Cedarville's showing at the Miami University Invitational.

Leaman unloaded a heave of 140-feet 8-inches which placed 5th out of 28 competitors. She automatically qualified in the hammer a week earlier at Cincinnati.

Meghan Terrell was 4th in the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 11:34.79. Katie Lanphier finished 4th in the 400 meter hurdles in 1:05.59 while Chelsea Gruet was 6th in 1:05.86.

Courtnie Merritt placed 6th in the high jump by clearing 5-1.75. Carolyn Case was 8th in the 1,500 meters with a mark of 4:44.54.

The Lady Jackets finished 9th out of 15 schools. [COMPLETE RESULTS]
