WHEELING, W.Va. - West Virginia Wesleyan and Wheeling Jesuit slowed down Cedarville with a pair of victories over the Lady Jackets in a tri-match.
West Virginia Wesleyan recovered to win the opening contest 20-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-20.
Stephanie Rogers had a big outing with 15 kills and four blocks.
Hannah Wagner supplied 11 kills with three blocks and
Amanda Bell pounded 10 kills.
Maddie Anderson tallied 23 assists and three service aces.
Erica Bartholomew had 17 assists while
Heather Kirkpatrick came up with 18 digs.
Wheeling Jesuit swept the Lady Jackets, 25-18, 25-22, 25-20. Rogers finished with nine of Cedarville's 29 kills to go along with three blocks. Bell added seven kills and 12 digs.
Anderson had 16 assists and tacked on two more aces. Bartholomew dished out 11 assists and
Kara Yutzy recorded 15 digs.
Cedarville drops to 13-10 overall.
