WINONA LAKE, Ind. - Amanda Bell hammered 12 kills to lead the Lady Jackets past Cincinnati Christian to open play at the NCCAA Midwest Regional.
Cedarville's winning scores were 25-18, 25-17, 25-22. The four-team tournament is hosted by Grace College.
Bell, a freshman outside hitter, was the only player to reach double figures for the Lady Jackets, 22-16 overall.
Hannah Wagner added nine kills while Stephanie Rogers returned to the line-up to chip in eight.
Erica Bartholomew set up 19 assists. Maddie Anderson contributed 17 assists with three service aces while Heather Kirkpatrick tallied 12 digs.
Cedarville finishes up round-robin play with contests against Grace and Bethel (Ind.).
