KWC run puts away Yellow Jackets

OWENSBORO, Ky. - NCAA Division II No. 5 Kentucky Wesleyan pulled away from the Yellow Jackets midway through the second half for an 83-68 win at the Owensboro Sports Center.

KWC then went off on a 16-2 run in the next four minutes to enjoy their largest lead of the contest, 74-57.

The Panthers, 7-0 overall, broke a 10-10 tie to take the lead for good. Cedarville fought back from an 11-point deficit to get within 35-33, but eventually trailed 46-35 at the break.
