CEDARVILLE, Ohio -
Deanne Bradshaw registered two goals and an assist while
Amanda Bunton added two scores to lead Cedarville to a 6-1 romp over Asbury.
It was 2-0 at the intermission and
Rachel Brownfield set up both scores with assists. Bunton netted her first goal of the day in the 9th minute and Bradshaw got her first in the 21st minute.
Bradshaw scored in the 52nd minute with
Kelsey Watkins assisting. Bunton answered quickly three minutes later on an assist from Bradshaw.
Asbury averted the shutout in the 59th minute to make it 4-1. However, Cedarville wasn't finished.
Kristie Wolff scored from
Ashlee Wilson in the 88th minute.
Dresden Matson completed the scoring in the 89th on an assist from
Elise Hurley.
Christine Faulds made her collegiate debut and made one save for the Lady Jackets, 3-4-1. Asbury falls to 3-5.
