PORTSMOUTH, Ohio - The Lady Jackets recovered from a 2-1 deficit to pull out a five-set victory at Shawnee State.
The winning numbers for Cedarville were 25-22, 15-25, 12-25, 25-23, 15-9. It was the third five-set match already this season for the Lady Jackets, who improve to 3-2.
Hannah Wagner was the only CU player to reach double figures in kills with 13 to go along with three blocks.
Stephanie Rogers totaled seven kills and six blocks while
Amanda Bell had seven kills.
Kelsey Christiansen chipped in six kills and three blocks.
Maddie Anderson supplied 23 assists and two service aces with
Erica Bartholomew adding 11 assists.
Kara Yutzy led the back line with 18 digs and
Lauren Williams had 14.
Shawnee State falls to 1-8.
