CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Nearly every player on the roster saw action as the Lady Jacket tennis team cruised to a 9-0 win over Shawnee State in its first match of the season played at the Johnson-Murdoch Tennis Complex.

Cedarville began the day by sweeping the three doubles matches. Brooke Johnson and Joy Dice teamed up for an 8-2 decision at the #1 spot. Lily Schuler and Emily Paul (8-2) as well as Melissa Stoltzfus and Courtney Heydt (8-0) also posted wins.

Among the doubles players, only Heydt played in singles. She was a 6-0, 6-1 winner at the top spot.

Rounding out the line-up from top-to-bottom were Lyndsay Stine (6-4, 6-1), Emma Rahn (6-2, 6-1), Chelsea Diamond (6-1, 6-2), Colleen Browning (6-3, 6-1), and Jessie Finfrock (6-1, 6-0).
