Box Score CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Ohio Valley netted the game's only goal on a second half penalty kick to come away with a 1-0 G-MAC result at Cedarville in the annual Homecoming match.
The Fighting Scots were awarded a shot from the spot in the 73rd minute on a hand ball in the penalty area. That's all they needed to win for the fifth straight time.
OVU completely snuffed out the Yellow Jacket offense allowing just two shots.
Paulo Pinto finished with three saves for Cedarville, 4-5-1 overall and 3-2-1 G-MAC.

"Tonight's a tough loss. Some of the things we may have typically done were affected with the three players we were missing, but we should still be able to execute.
"Obviously, we weren't able to create much of an attack with only two shots. We felt like we should have at least been able to keep them scoreless and leave with a draw.
"Next week isn't going to be any easier so we have a lot to prepare for."
