Quotable: Head Coach
Brett Faro
"I thought tonight was a tale of two halves. We came out slow and couldn't put much together in the first half.
"Our second half and into overtime was much faster, much crisper. We created a lot more in the second half and overtime and just needed a few more moments of quality to get a result.
"To end the game the way we did certainly stings more than it would otherwise with a tie, but it is what it is and we need to move on. We have an important conference game Saturday and our focus is on that now."
Five Facts:
- Childers has scored in two straight games and in four of the past six.
- Fullmer's assist was the first of his career.
- The Jackets have allowed one goal in each of the last five contests.
- Cedarville leads the all-time series, 4-0-2.
